Membership and billing information: your membership tier, billing period and payment status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
Messages you send us, such as requests for access or support.
Basic technical information, such as browser type and pages visited, collected by our website host to keep the site running and to understand overall readership.
HOW WE USE IT
We use this information to create and manage your account, provide access to members-only content, process payments, reply to your messages, send emails related to your account or membership (such as receipts and renewal notices), and keep the website secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
SERVICES WE RELY ON
Framer: hosts this website.
FrameAuth: manages member accounts and sign-in.
Stripe: processes payments.
Google: optional “Sign in with Google,” and our email.
Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy and only for the purpose of providing its service to us.
