REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLING
You may cancel your membership at any time by writing to studio@opasav.com. When you cancel, your membership will not renew, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
REFUNDS
Because membership gives immediate access to digital content, payments are generally non-refundable, and we do not give partial refunds for unused time.
However, if you were charged by mistake, forgot to cancel before a renewal, or are unhappy for any reason, write to studio@opasav.com within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
CHANGES IN PRICE
If membership prices change, we will let you know before your next renewal, so that you can cancel beforehand if you wish.
